The RV Master Manufacturer Program represents a great leap forward for the caravan industry and recreational vehicles in Victoria.  We are setting standards within the RV Manufacturing sector, empowering us to assume responsibility for driving the industry’s improvements and growth. For RV Master participants, the RV Master logo you  display with your brand will tell Australia that you deliver manufacturing excellence backed by premium service. Customers seeking a supplier they can rely on will have confidence that you can deliver.

Caravan Trades & Industries Association of Victoria (CIV) does not make any warranties or representations to any person in relation to the Services (including the customer); and CIV has no liability to the customer or any other person for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or liabilities of any kind caused by or in connection with the Services or any other acts or omissions of the Accredited Provider. All RV Master participants are contractually bound to meet the standards of the program which is audited on an annual basis to ensure compliance standards are met.

By participating in the Program, members agree to abide by the following terms and conditions as detailed in the RV Master Agreement: No Guarantee of Outcomes, Limitation of Liability, Information Accuracy and Indemnification. CIV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way related to the RV Master Program.
The RV Master Manufacturers accreditation program will commence on 1 July 2025. Until this date, our participating businesses will be gaining accreditation by demonstrating an ability to meet a high level of standards with the program. A “RV Master Manufacturer Participant” is a manufacturer that has commenced the process of gaining accreditation under the RV Master Manufacturers accreditation program.
