Business Systems
Businesses should have documented business and marketing plans as well as clear risk management policies, performance indicators, auditable finance systems, appropriate insurance, safe work practices and be able to demonstrate financial viability.
Quality Management
This benchmark requires documented warranty procedures, clear process management, standard operating procedures and a demonstrable QA System or ISO accreditation.
Human Resources
Businesses should demonstrate HR policies and procedures, provide training and professional development, have written contracts, clear job descriptions and clear skill matrix for employee development.
Customer Service
This is about meeting customer service standards, with written contracts or agreements, professional communication procedures and a customer complaints procedure.
Compliance

Businesses must be accredited or equivalent to the relevant standards and bodies and demonstrate legal and product compliance with the appropriate legislation.

To display the RV Master Manufacturers logo a business must meet five key business standards: Business Systems, Quality Management, Human Resources and Customer Service are all underpinned by the fifth standard of Compliance.

Caravan Trades & Industries Association of Victoria (CIV) does not make any warranties or representations to any person in relation to the Services (including the customer); and CIV has no liability to the customer or any other person for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or liabilities of any kind caused by or in connection with the Services or any other acts or omissions of the Accredited Provider. All RV Master participants are contractually bound to meet the standards of the program which is audited on an annual basis to ensure compliance standards are met.

By participating in the Program, members agree to abide by the following terms and conditions as detailed in the RV Master Agreement: No Guarantee of Outcomes, Limitation of Liability, Information Accuracy and Indemnification. CIV shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in any way related to the RV Master Program.
The RV Master Manufacturers accreditation program will commence on 1 July 2025. Until this date, our participating businesses will be gaining accreditation by demonstrating an ability to meet a high level of standards with the program. A “RV Master Manufacturer Participant” is a manufacturer that has commenced the process of gaining accreditation under the RV Master Manufacturers accreditation program.
